(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, an organization established in accordance with the prevailing law at the time of commencement of this Act and authorized to translate documents may translate documents after obtaining approval from the Council.
(2) The organization that has received approval according to sub-section (1) shall complete the process according to section 28 while translating documents.
(3) If an organization that has received approval under sub-section (1) translates a document contrary to this Act, the head of such an organization will be punished as per section 33.
